Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience with EHS exposure in manufacturing, bilingual English/Spanish, knowledge of labor law and OSHA, HR or Safety certifications preferred.
Human Resources Supervisor Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. Working in conjunction with some of the world’s most respected companies we create, design, and deliver products across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, packaging, industrial and consumer products, and we’re looking to continue expanding our North American footprint with a brand-new manufacturing facility opening in early 2026. This new site will work in close collaboration with our established operations in El Paso, TX and Mexico, creating a fully integrated cross-border team focused on quality, safety, and people-first leadership. As our HR Supervisor (HR / EHS), you’ll be a key partner in shaping the culture and operations of our new facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) expertise—ensuring our people are supported, our environment is safe, and our organization operates at its best. You’ll collaborate with the Operations Manager and have a dotted-line partnership with our People Strategy & Operations Team in Texas, driving HR initiatives, compliance, safety programs, and employee engagement from the ground up. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead HR and EHS operations for the new facility, guiding managers and employees on people, safety, and compliance issues. • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. • Build relationships across the organization, working closely with sister facilities in El Paso and Reynosa, Mexico to align best practices. • Champion workplace safety—developing and implementing site-wide safety programs, training, audits, and environmental compliance initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement in HR and EHS programs while maintaining documentation, metrics, and regulatory compliance. • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career development. Desired Experience • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to EHS management in a manufacturing environment. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law, OSHA requirements, and environmental compliance. • Proficient in UKG Pro and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • HR or Safety certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, OSHA) are a plus.
