Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Technical Safety Services is one of the largest independent laboratory and hospital service providers in the United States. The Project Manager will oversee client projects from inception to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met through effective communication and coordination of resources. Responsibilities • Communicates with clients to determine their project objectives and defines the project requirements as needed to meet project objectives. • Develops project execution plans, which includes application of Standard Operating Procedures, research of testing/analysis related to project objectives, and discussion with internal and external subject matter experts. • Coordinates all required resources, including employee workforce, to achieve project objectives • Communicates with other internal departments/personnel to facilitate project execution, including: Coordination of employee workforce with Operations teams, Acquisition of required equipment from Calibration/Equipment teams, and Definition of technical and/or regulatory requirements with subject matter experts as required for project execution plan • Conducts project walkthroughs as needed for operations team to understand the full breadth and definition of project requirements. • Completes documentation as required and is accountable for report content, which may include project proposals, protocols, and memos. • Coordinates project closure to confirm project objectives have been fully met, which includes review of the project summary report, testing and certification documents, and all other necessary client documentation. • May participate in the management of internal projects. • Other duties as assigned. • Client site meetings, such as pre-project walk-through, closeout meeting • Leading projects • Training of field techs on projects • Travel as required and work flexible hours Skills • Requires 2 – years of experience in field services, operations, report writing or other relevant area. • Requires some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience. • Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross-functional teams and customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the use of open and constructive feedback. • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple teams to achieve business goals together. • Advanced analytical skills to organize, plan and coordinate project. • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred. • Calibration experience preferred. Education Requirements • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
