We are a small-but-mighty group of motivated professionals who are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. Please see below for more information! What you’ll do on the job As a Client Success Manager, you'll travel to local client sites and liaise with companies across the country. You will be responsible for sourcing, emailing, texting, calling, and qualifying leads in an effort to develop new B2B relationships. Your ability to foster valuable discovery conversations and grow relationships with key stakeholders in target markets will be instrumental to success. You will gain continued education on a variety of skill sets and consult with our clients on data pertaining to hiring trends, pay rates, technology trends, and many other disciplines. What you’ll need • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation. • A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. • A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people. • Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency. • Empathy. What will help you on the job • Prior experience working as a Client Success Manager/Business Development Representative in an agency setting. • Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others). • A background in sales and customer service. • A demonstrated history of sourcing leads and clients successfully while maintaining a diverse book of business.
