The Pouch Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance of a pouch bag manufacturing machine. This role ensures consistent product quality, machine efficiency, and safe operation within a high-paced production environment. Requirement • Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating pouch machines, bag makers, or similar converting equipment. • Understanding of flexible packaging materials (PET, PE, laminates, foil). • Knowledge of sealing technologies (heat sealing, ultrasonic, etc.). • Ability to read job orders, specs, and production worksheets. • Monitor production quality following specifications and QC standards. • Perform roll changes, material threading, and alignment. • Conduct basic mechanical troubleshooting and correct minor faults. • Keep accurate production records (order info, scrap, downtime, materials). • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and proper PPE usage. • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance. • Collaborate with maintenance, supervisors, and QC personnel as needed.
