Mandatory Skills: Agile, Project Management (end to end project), SAFE, Scrum, Job Description: • Lead end-to-end project management for IT business application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. • Oversee project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget constraints. • Apply Agile principles, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, developing and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.
