Title: CRMA Architect ( Principal Salesforce Data Architect) Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Client: Pinnacle/Apple Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Lead Salesforce data model design and architecture in support of matter management, litigation, patent, contract, compliance data, and billing system modernization. • Ensure robust, scalable structures for data intake, tracking, billing, and vendor integration within Salesforce. • Partner with Legal Ops, Engineering, and Salesforce admin/developer teams to design and implement best-in-class data solutions. • Translate business requirements into clean, efficient technical data models that promote accuracy and maintainability. • Support data migration and data integrity efforts with a meticulous and methodical approach. • Provide hands-on support for prototyping, testing, and validating data model changes throughout the transformation. • Advocate for architectural best practices and help educate internal teams on scalable Salesforce data design. • Operate with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, driving initiatives from concept through execution. Key Qualifications: • 5 10+ years of Salesforce data architecture and implementation experience, preferably in legal, finance, or operations contexts. • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including custom object modeling, relationships, data security, and automation frameworks. • Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce reporting layers to support operational and executive insights. • Strong working knowledge of SQL for data validation, migration, and transformation tasks. • Experience in defining or working within a semantic data layer to enable consistent business metrics and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to work across systems, integrating Salesforce with legacy platforms and third-party tools. • Excellent communicator and collaborator able to align engineers, analysts, and business users around clear technical plans. • Strong problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable navigating complexity in large, fast-paced enterprise environments. • Proactive, hands-on, and highly accountable with a strong bias toward execution.
