You will be a valued member of the transformation team and work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders. In this role, you will: • Assess existing contact center platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys Engage) and define migration strategies to Genesys Cloud CX. • Design and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions including IVR, routing flows, digital channels, and workforce engagement. • Lead execution of migration plans, ensuring compliance, security, and governance standards. • Act as a trusted advisor during workshops, design sessions, and executive updates.
