Integration Lead / Architect – Core Banking Migration (Jack Henry SilverLake → FIS IBS) Location: Atlanta, GA / Columbus, GA (Preferred) | Remote Considered Industry: Banking | Core Banking Transformation About the Role We are hiring a senior Integration Lead / Architect to drive a large-scale core banking migration from Jack Henry SilverLake to FIS IBS (Integrated Banking Solution). This role leads end-to-end core conversion, including integrations, data migration, API transformation, testing, and production cutover. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep core banking platform experience, strong integration architecture skills, and hands-on exposure to SilverLake, FIS IBS, AS400, APIs, and banking operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead core banking migration from Jack Henry SilverLake to FIS IBS • Own integration architecture across digital banking, ATMs, branch systems, payments, fraud, risk, data warehouse, and fintech platforms • Migrate SilverLake jXchange (SOAP) integrations to FIS IBS Open APIs (REST) • Define future-state architecture aligned with IBS’s API-driven platform • Manage data migration from IBM i / AS400 systems into FIS IBS • Perform data mapping, reconciliation, balancing, and validation • Drive UAT, end-to-end testing, mock conversions, parallel runs, and cutover • Coordinate with FIS implementation teams, Jack Henry teams, vendors, and bank SMEs • Ensure regulatory, audit, and risk compliance during migration Required Skills & Experience (SEO-Focused Keywords) • 5+ years of core banking transformation / core conversion experience • Strong experience with Jack Henry SilverLake • Strong experience with FIS IBS (Integrated Banking Solution) • Core banking integration architecture • SilverLake jXchange, SOAP, REST APIs, Open APIs • IBM i / AS400 data migration • Banking domains: Deposits, Loans, ACH, Payments, GL, Fraud, Risk • UAT, testing governance, and production cutover • Ability to act as Architect + Business Analyst + Program Lead • Executive-level stakeholder communication Nice to Have • Prior experience with Jack Henry or FIS implementation teams • Knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and compliance • Exposure to microservices, cloud-native banking platforms
