You have worked with general contractors and other trades, understand what causes delays, and know how to stay proactive. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Additional hours as needed based on projects. • Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (7am-4pm) Your Manager: • Mike, COO Our Core Values: • Craftsmanship • Integrity • Clear Communication • Dependability • Solutions-First Mindset • Safety & Security • Continuous Improvement • Team Over Ego Your Contribution to Tech Automation:THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE • Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep • Scope of Work: Own the plan, align execution, flag issues early • Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources • Project Profitability: Drive labor efficiency by staying within budgeted hours & eliminating redundancies/preventable mistakes • Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with subcontractors & third parties • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations • Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team • Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, execute • Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation (e.g., ASIs, RFIs, GMPs, IFC drawings) Qualifications: • 3–7 years in construction project management (technology or low-voltage PREFERRED) • Prior work on commercial construction sites and/or MDUs • Familiarity with NEC and local codes • Experience (PREFERRED) - Procore, Builder Trend, Bluebeam, etc. Tech Automation's Contribution to You: • $70k to $110k (Based on Experience) • 401k w/ 4% Matching • PTO: 10 Days to Start + 8 Paid Holidays • Healthcare: Employee if Fully Covered via HMO (Spouse/Family and/or PPO are Optional)
