About the Role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic demand generation team at Tebra. In this role, you won't just execute campaigns — you'll be instrumental in shaping our paid advertising strategy across a variety of channels. From campaign setup to post-launch optimization, you’ll support performance across paid social, video, display, and paid search. You should have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a proven track record of implementing paid media campaigns from concept to execution. Your Area of Focus Execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and display networks, ensuring high-quality delivery from setup to reporting. Own campaigns from kick-off through launch and beyond proactively flagging blockers, maintaining clear timelines, and driving results. Collaborate with internal creative, content and growth marketing teams to produce high-performing ad content and creative that align with business goals. Support the full ad creative lifecycle, from briefing and copy development to QA and vendor coordination, ensuring assets are properly formatted, tracked, and delivered on time. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and budget pacing daily. You'll use data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business goals. Provide thoughtful rationale for strategic decision making, balancing vendor guidance with platform nuances and business context. Document campaign strategies, performance insights, and project updates in task management tools to ensure cross-functional alignment. Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, etc., to ensure seamless campaign execution and tracking, lead flow accuracy, and proper attribution in Salesforce. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the paid media space, continuously testing and integrating new tactics that drive growth. Help maintain operational excellence, ensuring a high degree of workflow integrity, accountability, continuous learning, and consistency across all of our campaigns. Your Professional Qualifications You are a proactive problem-solver with a knack for turning data into actionable insights. You're passionate about digital marketing and ready to take on a key role in our team's success. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a focus on executing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. Strong analytical skills and familiarity across tools like GA4, Marketo, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; you use data to diagnose, improve, and communicate performance insights. Adept at QA and campaign troubleshooting, double-checking targeting, budgets, UTMs, and creative. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners/agencies. Experience in B2B marketing and demand generation is a plus; healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus. A resourceful and proactive problem solver who can adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration. Your specific compensation is thoughtfully determined by your experience, qualifications, the specific requirements of the role, and your Geo Zone.
