The Opportunity Teamworks GM is the leading financial operations product for sports teams that manage roster budgets, contracts, and athlete payments. After a strong market launch and rapid adoption across Division I programs, GM is entering its next phase of growth. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of GM and help define its next chapter. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy and execution. You will shape the vision for the product while translating customer needs into shipped capabilities that drive adoption, revenue growth, and platform value. Success means identifying new opportunities in a dynamic market, delivering meaningful product outcomes, and becoming the go-to product leader for GM across Teamworks. Learn more about Teamworks GM https://teamworks.com/general-manager/ What You'll Do Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GM, from strategy and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and iteration Define and evolve a clear product vision that builds on GM’s foundation and unlocks new growth opportunities Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, prioritize, and ship high-impact features that improve financial workflows and user experience Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to translate field feedback into product priorities and successful rollouts Lead critical initiatives such as enhanced contract management, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled financial insights Identify and execute opportunities to strengthen integrations between GM and the broader Teamworks platform What You'll Bring Must-haves: 3+ years of experience owning the full product lifecycle for B2B SaaS products A strong track record of translating customer needs into clear priorities and shipped product outcomes Experience working on products involving financial workflows such as budgeting, contracts, payments, or compensation Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with near-term impact Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on APIs, data models, system architecture, and integration trade-offs Nice-to-haves: Experience in sports technology, collegiate athletics, NIL, revenue share, or salary cap management Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to identify practical opportunities to apply AI in product experiences Experience working in multi-product or platform environments Who Thrives Here You take ownership of your work and care about delivering meaningful customer and business impact.
