What You Bring to the Team: Extensive experience working in high-performance sports environments with a deep understanding of performance department workflows across strength & conditioning, sports science, athletic training, and nutrition Proven track record leading and developing teams in customer-facing roles such as implementation, customer success, or technical consulting within SaaS or sports technology Demonstrated ability to own function-specific projects from inception to completion, providing updates at key milestones while understanding and leveraging team strengths Strong technical foundation with understanding of complex data integrations, system architectures, and technology ecosystems that support athlete development Experience across multiple performance technology platforms and how they interconnect to create holistic athlete management solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach managers on delivering clear, impactful messaging that drives cross-functional initiatives Proven capability to articulate root causes of problems, define trade-offs, and extract insights that translate into actionable solutions Track record of developing team capabilities through structured coaching, mentoring, and check-ins that align with department goals Experience navigating complex team dynamics and organizational changes while maintaining a strong leadership presence The Ideal Recruit - Compensation Philosophy: For this role, the salary range is $100,000-120,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance.
