Key Responsibilities: • Manage upcoming customer renewal requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless process. • Effectively communicate the unique value of our software compared to competitors. • Provide in-depth insights into product features and functionality to foster retention. • Respond promptly to email and ticket requests, proactively addressing customer needs. • Handle customer renewal cycles and termination requests with professionalism and care. • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of required documentation, notes, and updates within our proprietary systems. • Maintain a consistent level of productivity, meeting or exceeding team performance standards. Qualifications: • College Degree or minimum of 1 year of directly related experience, (Collections/Retention B2B, SaaS environment). • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. • Business level fluency in English is required (Spanish fluency is an added plus). • Negotiation and conflict resolution - the ability to handle escalated customer interactions. • Time management- the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls, tickets, emails, etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and CRM tools, (Freshdesk). • Proven record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
