Years of Experience 6+ Years Job Role & Responsibility Architect and build scalable, high-quality web and mobile user interfaces Convert Figma designs into reusable, production-ready components Develop complex frontend features using React.js, React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript Lead frontend architecture decisions and define best practices Manage global application state using Redux Toolkit or equivalent solutions Integrate REST APIs using Axios and ensure robust error handling Ensure responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility Optimize UI performance and improve Core Web Vitals Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Debug and resolve production issues efficiently Collaborate closely with backend and DevOps teams for seamless deployments Technical Skills – Must Have 6+ years of experience in frontend development Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Advanced experience with React.js and Next.js Strong understanding of SSR, CSR, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit or similar state management libraries
