TeamDynamix is seeking a mid to senior-level full-stack Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Process Automation Team and help drive the rapid development of our iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products. The Process Automation Team is dedicated to ensuring TeamDynamix delivers award-winning technology that is easy to use, own, and operate. As an engineer on our team, you will create new products and features while continuously improving our architectural foundation. We are looking for someone passionate about building cutting-edge, best-in-class software that solves real customer problems. Our engineers take pride in developing solutions that customers need and enjoy using to achieve their goals. This role is open to candidates throughout the United States and is fully remote. While we have an office in Columbus, Ohio, our company is 100% remote-first. Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable web-based solutions across the full stack Debug production issues at multiple levels of the stack Identify and address performance bottlenecks throughout the application Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues Collaborate with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience 4–10+ years of related experience Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET Collaborative and iterative approach to teamwork Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex issues without a detailed roadmap, using logical, analytical, and creative thinking Other Tools & Technologies: Swagger/OpenAPI, REST APIs Postman for API consumption and testing jQuery, Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap SQL Git Our Hiring Process: Apply Introduction Call (25–30 minutes) Assessment Conversation with senior staff engineers (30–45 minutes) Conversation with the hiring manager (45–60 minutes) Join a team of passionate, smart, and kind individuals who understand life is complicated enough—so we build products to make it easier.
