The Short Scoop: This is a true leadership role at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise systems. My client is growing and needs a steady, credible leader to translate business principles into scalable ERP execution. Youll partner closely with senior leaders to shape how work flows through the organization - influencing outcomes, sequencing priorities, and driving real operational impact. Competitive salary range : $175000 - $190,000 Bonus Eligible What Youll Be Doing • Managing enterprise demand for ERP enhancements and prioritizing work across business units • Managing a team of 10+ (in-house and vendor resources) • Translating business principles into ERP configuration, enhancements, and workflows • Leading requirements, functional design, testing, training, and go-live execution • Serving as a key liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and vendors • Supporting ERP reporting, CRM administration, and operational technology initiatives About You • Be able to do the job as described. • Bachelor degree preferred • 5+ years managing teams, and working with business leaders • 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst implementing ERP systems. • Strong grasp of ERP systems and how business processes flow through them. Ideally, P21 preferred. Open to experience with SAP, Oracle, Infor, or JDE. • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and management teams, with the resilience to operate effectively in a direct, high-expectations environment. • Experienced with application development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall preferred). • Proven experience with budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning, with a track record of delivering results. • Strong Excel and/or MS SQL capabilities. • Brings gravitas, credibility, and a calm, confident leadership presence. • Skilled at sequencing work, setting cadence, and driving execution at scale.
