Team Red Dog is looking for a Project Manager for Design Operations (PM3) to join our Global Technology client’s dynamic design team. This exciting opportunity is fully remote, supporting core PST hours, and offers the chance to contribute to high-impact projects across Copilot, Edge, Bing, apps, and more. Top Required Skills (Must Haves): • Program Management Expertise (6+ years): Ability to drive design deliverables, manage workflows, prioritize, and operationalize processes across large-scale projects. • Project Tracking & Microsoft Office/M365 Proficiency (6+ years): Skilled at using modern project tracking tools and Excel to manage scope, requirements, and cross-team collaboration. • Design Operations Experience (preferred): Strong background in supporting design teams, resourcing, capacity tracking, and vendor management to increase efficiency and productivity. You’ll partner closely with design, product, and engineering leaders to support key projects in web and app experiences that span shopping, search, ads, news, sports, and gaming. How you will make an impact: • Collaborate with design leaders and teams to create and refine project briefs. • Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to align on product vision. • Drive design deliverables for each product cycle and facilitate design reviews. • Manage design work items, scope, and requirements across multiple projects. • Identify capacity needs and forecast design workloads. • Partner with design managers to negotiate scope with leadership based on bandwidth. • Optimize tools and processes to enhance cross-team collaboration. • Oversee vendor management and staff/resource planning to ensure timely delivery. The expertise you bring: • 6+ years of experience in program management, with prior design operations experience preferred. • Strong project management skills, including capacity tracking, prioritization, and scoping. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365 suite, particularly Excel. • Experience with modern project tracking tools. • Education in business, engineering, design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
