Program Manager – Near CampusSupporting 9 Part-Time Brand Engagement Specialists across Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Virginia, New York, Illinois, and Minnesota. The Program Manager oversees a team of nine part-time Brand Engagement Specialists (BES), ensuring strong execution, effective communication, and seamless alignment with client goals across assigned markets. This role focuses on people development, client partnership, and operational excellence. Ensure that compliance to policies and procedures is maintained by the team members and assist in employee recruitment and performance evaluation for promotion, retention, and termination undertakings. Additionally, the Program Manager will need to problem solve and fix issues that hinder achieving region goals and success. Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Management• Recruit, train, and develop part-time BES team members.• Identify coaching needs and support performance improvement.• Ensure quick and effective staffing of any open or new markets.• Maintain accurate account lists and ensure team is targeting the right consumers.• Provide ongoing training and support to all field staff. Client + Distributor Collaboration• Partner with client and distributor teams to meet execution goals.• Troubleshoot market issues quickly and professionally.• Ensure consistent, quality execution of experiential events.• Share field feedback to enhance future programs.• Support sales priorities with aligned field action plans.• Help drive territory goals and meet program KPIs. Administrative + Operational• Oversee monthly budgets with BES team and ensure alignment with client direction.• Deliver monthly recaps to the client and internal TEAM leadership.• Lead brainstorming sessions to gather field insights and elevate programming.• Support training development and assist with program onboarding.• Ensure all client requests are completed accurately and on time. WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD • Bachelor’s degree required.• 3+ years of management experience and 3+ years in sales, field marketing, or experiential execution.• Experience in the adult beverage industry preferred (including legal knowledge).• Must be able to travel monthly to assigned markets.• Nights and weekends required based on event schedules.
