Company Description Team Creatif USA, the American hub of the globally awarded Team Creatif Group, is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial New Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in the U.S. market. We're a strategic branding and design agency focused on CPG brands—think food, beverage, pet, personal care, and household products. If you're a proactive go-getter with a love for design, strategy, and the fast-moving world of consumer goods, we’d love to meet you. 🎯 What You’ll Do: • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with CPG brands across the U.S. • Prospect and build relationships with brand managers, CMOs, marketing leads, and innovation teams. • Drive pipeline growth through a mix of outreach strategies: LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and partnerships. • Collaborate with our internal creative and strategy teams to shape tailored pitches. • Help manage the early stages of client conversations and ensure smooth handoffs to the core agency team. ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years experience in business development or sales, ideally within a branding/creative agency or CPG-related field. • Proven ability to hunt and convert leads into warm conversations. • Solid understanding of the U.S. CPG landscape and agency-client dynamics. • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight. 🚀 What You’ll Get: • Flexible, remote work with a collaborative global team. • Mix of base pay + uncapped commissions. • Opportunity to work with global brands and challenger CPG companies. • Direct line to agency leadership and creative teams. 📩 Interested?
