We are a small, family owned, and team centered Commercial Construction Company that specializes in renovating and building Quick Serve, Fast Casual Restaurants, Retail Stores, and Tenant-Fit Out projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Our ideal candidate must have experience in Restaurant Construction and Fast-Tracked Construction Projects. We need someone that can come into a job and hit the ground running and can successfully manage more than one high speed job with multiple subcontractors at a time. We are looking for an individual interested in a fast-paced setting where each day has unique challenges. We ask all applicants to complete the assessment below: https://TeamArchitects.asmt.io/XGRW4W7CN/ProjectManager-Willoughby SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  Must have a minimum of 5 years experience/knowledge of construction, and project management with Commercial, Institutional and/or Industrial arena.  Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting drawings, plans and specifications  Understanding of civil drawings and specifications relevant commercial construction.  Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of Company and industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment  Ability to present self in a professional manner and represent the company image  Demonstrated track record of leadership and project success  Ability to work in fast-paced setting Ideal Candidate:  Strong work ethic – Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.  Has a passion for commercial construction  High ability to quickly review, understand and develop a highly organized plan to tackle their work load and assignments  Must be very proficient in the use of computers  Strong ability and willingness to learn  Thrives off working in high pressure environments  Driven to perform their job duties to the highest level of performance  Strong organizational and time management skills.  Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines  Highly organized and detail oriented  Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies  Strong leadership skills  Proficient in reading and understanding construction blueprints, and specifications  Excellent oral and written communication  The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Essential Requirements  Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma  Ability to be employed and work in the United States  Proficient in English  Ability to Pass a Background Check  Conformance with the Company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy  Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  Must have their own reliable transportation  Proficient in Microsoft products  Proficient in the use of Procore, Bluebeam Revue and other construction-based software programs  Must be able to be a self-starter and able to learn, understand and produce work quickly Base Salary of $90,000-$140,000 (based on experience) Full Benefits package - Medical/Retirement
