Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Real Estate Services Company Overview: Team Architects is a dynamic real estate services firm based in Falls Church, VA, specializing in innovative property solutions and client-focused sales strategies. Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. - You will present and promote our real estate services to prospective customers. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. - You will participate in industry events and community activities to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in real estate or related fields. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in real estate services or property management. - A valid real estate license. - Familiarity with the Falls Church, VA market. - Bilingual abilities.
