Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and delivering exceptional real estate services. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. - You will conduct property presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales effectively. - You will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities. - You will participate in industry events and community activities to enhance brand presence. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. - You have proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in real estate services or property management. - A valid real estate license or related certifications. - Familiarity with the Falls Church, VA market. - Strong networking skills and community connections.
