Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and closing deals in the competitive real estate market. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. - You will present and promote our real estate services to prospective customers. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals. - You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will track sales activities and report on progress to management. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Self-motivated with a competitive drive and resilience. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid or remote sales environment. - Knowledge of the Falls Church, VA real estate market. - Existing network of real estate industry contacts. - Familiarity with digital marketing and social media sales strategies.
