Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and closing deals in the competitive real estate market. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. - You will conduct property presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales effectively. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. - You will participate in industry events and community activities to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment. - You have proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with real estate market analysis and property valuation. - A valid real estate license or relevant certifications. - Familiarity with the Falls Church, VA real estate market. - Strong networking skills and existing industry contacts.
