Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Real Estate Services Company Overview: Team Architects is a dynamic real estate services firm based in Falls Church, VA, specializing in innovative property solutions and client-focused sales strategies. Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth in the real estate sector. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking. - You will conduct property presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales effectively. - You will develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will attend industry events and community functions to expand your professional network. - You will provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries. - You bring strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - You bring a self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. - You bring proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Falls Church, VA real estate market. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Previous experience with commission-based compensation structures.
