Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth in the real estate sector. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting and networking. - You will conduct property presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales effectively. - You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities. - You will participate in industry events and community outreach to enhance brand visibility. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Knowledge of the Falls Church, VA real estate market. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
