Position Overview Position: Machine Operator Location: Illinois Employment Type: Full-Time (Staffing-to-Permanent) Start Date: ASAP ⚡ Compensation & Shift • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Essential Responsibilities • Read and interpret job routers, sketches, and technical data. • Operate manufacturing machines in accordance with established specifications. • Prepare work areas — clean, organize trays, carts, and equipment. • ✅ Verify that parts meet quality standards and specifications. • Load parts onto trays, carts, and boxes following process sheets. • ️ Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions. • Monitor work quality to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Required Qualifications Education & Experience • 1-year certificate from a college or technical school • Related manufacturing experience • Equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements • Stand and walk for the entire shift • Lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly • Move loaded carts to staging areas • Climb stairs and reach with hands/arms • Work in a dusty or dirty environment with moderate noise Mandatory Requirements • ✅ Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation) • ✅ Background check clearance • ✅ Drug test required • Steel-toed shoes (provided by candidate) • Work pants (provided by candidate) Benefits Package (After 90 Days) • ️ 10 days PTO per year (with 3-year carryover) • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • ️ All PPE provided (except shoes and pants) Company DescriptionAt Team 360 Staffing, we provide customized recruitment and staffing solutions that connect businesses with top talent worldwide.
