About the Role We are seeking a motivated, professional Dental Marketing & School Outreach Coordinator to support the growth of a school-based preventive dental program serving elementary-aged children. This role focuses on outreach to schools and key decision-makers to introduce services and support student enrollment for on-site dental days. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role with significantly higher earning potential as the program expands and enrollment volume increases. Responsibilities • Conduct outreach to elementary schools, district administrators, and school nurses • Communicate program information via phone, email, and follow-up outreach • Schedule interest calls or virtual meetings with school decision-makers • Track outreach activity and responses using provided tools • Share digital marketing materials and enrollment information • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation Qualifications We are open to candidates with any of the following backgrounds: • Dental experience with Strong phone skills with confidence speaking to professionals • Knowledge of dental services, insurance, or patient coordination • Marketing, sales, or relationship-building experience Additional requirements: • Clear, professional communication (phone and written) • Comfortable with outreach and follow-up • Organized, reliable, and self-directed • Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) Formal marketing experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and dental knowledge are highly valued.
