Job Overview SR HR BUSINESS PARTNER The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR support to several DDN Functions, including Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing. In this role, the HR Partner will act as a strategic leader who drives talent and organizational strategy aligned with business goals and operational requirements. This role thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, building bridges across HR and business functions to deliver results at scale. The HRBP ensures clarity, accountability, and operational rigor in all HR programs, championing change management and organizational transformation. The position will report to the D&D HRVP and collaborate heavily with D&D functional leaders, HRBP’s and the broader HR ecosystem. This role presents an exciting opportunity to think and work globally within a complex environment to enable business outcomes through people and organizational initiatives. This position can be based remotely in the US. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Leadership • Drive comprehensive HR strategies that support functional and business unit goals. • Serve as a strategic partner to functional leadership, enabling HR to drive business outcomes and organizational effectiveness. • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives to deliver organizational capability and effectiveness at scale. Operational Excellence • Ensure clarity, observability, and accountability in HR programs and processes. • Deliver results through HR team leadership and talent development. • Foster constructive collaboration and manage competing priorities across HR and business functions. Change Management & Transformation • Champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives. • Operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments, building bridges across HR and business functions. • Lead with empathy and drive accountability in talent and organizational initiatives. Business Acumen & Emotional Intelligence • Demonstrate strong business acumen and emotional intelligence as a strategic partner to senior leadership. • Enable HR to drive business outcomes and organizational effectiveness. Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead HR initiatives for geographically dispersed teams, fostering global collaboration. • Partner extensively with business leaders across functions to deliver integrated HR solutions. What your background should look like Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in HR business partner roles, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations. • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. • Intense operational rigor, with a track record of delivering results through others. • Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and talent development. • Exceptional business acumen and emotional intelligence. • Experience leading global HR initiatives and collaborating across diverse teams. • Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills. COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $145,600 - 181,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
