Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to support our rapidly expanding business across the North American market. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to engage both new prospects and existing customers across large enterprise and mid-market segments. You will serve as a technical and strategic advisor—uncovering customer requirements, mapping them to our cybersecurity solutions, and demonstrating the value of our platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at a high-growth company, offering significant opportunities for career development, autonomy, and influence over product direction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required: Partner with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, solution design, and technical validation during the sales cycle. Conduct compelling product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to security, IT, and executive stakeholders. Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions. Support RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, and architecture reviews. Advise existing customers on best practices, optimization, and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Will participate in C-level executive briefings and presentations. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions: 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering, ideally within a Cybersecurity or enterprise software company. Strong understanding of modern security architectures for endpoint, network and data loss prevention, including Zero Trust frameworks Proven ability to lead technical conversations with enterprise-level CISOs, architects, and security engineers. Experience running or supporting proof-of-value projects (POVs/POCs). Ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative skills. Applicants must have advanced understanding of ROI concepts, Comparative Analysis, and Market Trends Applicants must be able to make sound decisions/ respond on the fly and have specific knowledge, experience, ability, and in some cases unique required credentials, to provide on-site implementation of complex solutions. Applicants must be able to apply knowledge, skills and abilities to support design, proof of concept, staging and configuration, and implementation of solutions.
