Lead and manage a medium to large business management team, develop and implement strategy, oversee cross-functional alignment, ensure compliance and risk management, and provide coaching and resource management.
Undergraduate degree, 7+ years relevant experience, project management and delivery experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, governance and risk management expertise.
Description: • Lead and manage a medium to large business management team or a diverse function in an area of moderate risk, complexity or scope • Develop, communicate and implement a holistic strategy for own specific business management function • Oversee, lead, manage and plan work activities requiring alignment across multiple areas • Lead team in development and/or integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas • Act as strategic partner with enterprise partners and leadership to manage business management area • Ensure integrated and aggregated view of related activities, provide escalations and decision support • Forecast programs/initiatives and coordinate portfolio prioritization with stakeholders • Ensure team adheres to enterprise frameworks, regulatory requirements and risk appetite • Manage oversight process, risk-based identification and monitoring of related risks and regulatory compliance • Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment and resource management for team members Requirements: • Undergraduate degree • 7+ years relevant experience • Strong preference for candidates with Project Management and delivery experience • Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses / technology, and organizational practices/ disciplines • Sound to advanced knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own function / business • Ability to lead and manage teams, set targets, provide coaching and development • Experience with governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance • Ability to forecast programs/initiatives and coordinate prioritization • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits: • base salary and variable compensation/incentive awards • health and well-being benefits • savings and retirement programs • paid time off (including Vacation PTO, Flex PTO, and Holiday PTO) • banking benefits and discounts • career development, training programs and mentorship • regular leadership and development conversations • reward and recognition
