Corporate Contract Specialist (Healthcare/Medical Devices) Remote Remote (Must work EST hours) $40–50/hr (Weekly pay) 6-month contract (Excellent potential for extension or permanent hire) Part-Time: M–F EST, 20 hours per week / 4 hours per day (Can choose either morning or afternoon schedule) Position Overview The Corporate Contracts Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing the terms, conditions, pricing, and performance of contracts involving the sale of the company’s products. The goal is to ensure all contracts are effective, equitable, and compliant. This individual will work closely with the Sales Organization, Corporate Account Management, and cross-functional teams such as Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to oversee the administration and analytics of IDN, GPO, hospital, and other sales contracts. In-depth knowledge of Healthcare GPO/IDN contracts and tracking contract compliance is desirable. Improving current processes, establishing new ones, and creating standard work procedures around these processes are critical to success in this role. Responsibilities • Responsible for drafting and/or reviewing contract T&Cs to include business decision language and comments prior to Legal review. • Capable of reading and understanding sales contract terms and conditions to adjudicate accurate pricing, rebates, and fee deliverables. • Serve as a partner and subject matter expert (SME) in contract performance and review for the sales team. • Support and coordinate RFIs, RFPs, and contract submissions for assigned regions with the help of the Contracts Administrator. • Effectively communicate with internal (and, as needed, external) stakeholders regarding contract and pricing status and basic terms. • Run and analyze ad-hoc reports to support pricing and contract initiatives. • Monitor and analyze contract compliance with company contracts, pricing processes, and policies. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • 3–10 years’ experience handling corporate contracts in a large healthcare organization. • Strong experience with sales and corporate contracts, including reviewing and understanding contract language. • 3+ years’ experience redlining and drafting contracts within the medical device, hospital, or similar healthcare industry. • Experience with Salesforce is required. • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems (bonus if familiar with Agiloft). • Proven ability to review terms and conditions to protect the company from liability. • Experience redlining T&Cs for large health systems/industry. • Experience working with or reviewing contracts for healthcare facilities, hospitals, and IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks). • Experience in contract management and pricing analysis (pricing performance, pricing processes, and policies). • Background in pharma, medical device, or clinical laboratory industries is a plus. • Ability to meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency under time constraints. • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, with the emotional maturity to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
