As a Sr Sales Enablement Trainer, you will: Have a focus on veteran sales rep development and sales manager development. Develop, provide, and evolve programs for ongoing sales coaching and skill development, including: Core Skills such as Prospecting, MEDDPICC, Objection Handling, Discovery, Value-Selling, Upselling, Negotiating, Cross-Sell, etc. Soft skill development Provide examples of top performers for learning media Develop, provide, and evolve programs for ongoing sales manager development through: Monthly Manager Enablement 1:1 Coaching and Development Building and evolving sales manager playbooks for standardizing 1:1s, Pipeline Inspection, Forecasting, Coaching, Team Meetings, etc. Provide personalized 1:1 coaching and development program for veteran sales reps. Be responsible for performing training needs and assessments. Develop and deliver approved curriculum and learning materials to employees. Assist in the production of enablement resources, materials, aids, and manuals. Organize and update training content and materials and leverage LMS and SharePoint for storage and access points for users. Provide a structured learning experience and monitor the quality and results of training sessions. Assess training effectiveness to ensure that taught skills and techniques are reflected in employees’ work behavior. Evaluates and reports on ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect results for improved ramp time, rep confidence and retention, and overall sales performance. Serves as a resource in supporting ad-hoc requests from the executive team. As needed, assist new hire training and onboarding. Other duties as assigned by the head of the department. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field preferred. 2+ years of Sales Experience 2+ years of Sales Leadership Experience 1+ years of Training and/or Enablement Experience (particularly for Sales) 1+ years of Industry Experience Experienced in 1:1 coaching and development Proven experience in designing and implementing various training strategies in a corporate setting, and KPIs to demonstrate results Familiarity with traditional training methods, tools, and techniques. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
