About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the U.S. medical device market, focusing on collagen and hyaluronic acid product applications in wound care, ENT, and dental fields. You will serve as the strategic bridge between U.S. clients and our R&D/manufacturing teams in Taiwan, driving market growth and partnership development. Official Website: https://mbi-bio.com/en/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/maxigen-biotech-inc-/posts/ Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing OEM/ODM clients. • Support product and technical coordination between U.S. customers and Taiwan factories. • New Business Development • Drive new business growth and expand both client and distributor networks. • Organize product presentations and represent the company at major U.S. medical trade shows (e.g., MD&M West, FIME, AAO, The Aesthetic Show). • Market Intelligence & Feedback • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. • Collect and analyze customer and clinician feedback. • Reporting & Coordination • Provide weekly updates and sales reports to the Taiwan HQ. • Submit visit summaries and opportunity assessments regularly. Preferred Qualifications Experience promoting medical devices in ENT, or dental fields. Familiarity with FDA 510(k) submissions, CE marking, or regulatory documentation. Established U.S. distribution or KOL physician network preferred. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or International Business (Master’s preferred). Professional Experience 3–5+ years in medical device sales, business development, or distribution management (B2B/B2D). Strong understanding of U.S. FDA Class I/II/III medical device regulations and distribution models. Experience collaborating with Asian OEM/ODM manufacturers is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and expanding distribution networks. Language Skills Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in a second language is a plus. Product Focus Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers / injectables Collagen-based wound dressings / bone graft materials ENT or dental medical devices Key Account & Client Management Proven ability to manage relationships with major distributors, clinic chains, physician groups, and surgical centers. Strong background in Key Account Management (KAM) and negotiation. Personal Attributes Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of independent work in a remote setup. Proactive in conducting client visits and attending U.S. trade shows. Comfortable collaborating across time zones with Taiwan HQ. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills. Location & Work Eligibility Based in the U.S. (East or West Coast preferred). Must possess valid U.S. work authorization (Citizen / Green Card / valid work visa). Must have access to reliable transportation (car required).
