About the team and the role: You are a motivated individual with a high capacity for learning, analyzing, reasoning, and problem solving. You also excel at communication and working with a variety of collaborators. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operations, designing workflows, and production processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of eBay authentication centers while still meeting customer needs. You may also support other projects and initiatives in the Continuous Improvement (CI) department, providing data collection, process analysis, or other related functions to projects. What you will accomplish: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks Design and implement efficient processes/systems for receiving processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, order picking, and shipping operations. Develop and propose process improvements, such as simplified workflows, automated solutions, and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and decrease expenses. Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as vital to achieve desired outcomes. Design and optimize warehouse layout considering the flow of goods, space utilization, and safety regulations to ensure efficient material handling and storage. Partner with other Continuous Improvement teams to support process development and improvement projects What you will bring: 2-3 years of statistical data analysis in Supply Chain setting, or equivalent experience Solid understanding of lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment Proficient in the use of process mapping and analysis tools (e.g. MS Visio, Lucidchart) Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Sheets, SQL, Tableau) The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $58,700 - $84,400 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
