Overview We’re seeking a reliable, organized part-time Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep schedules, communication, and admin tasks running smoothly. This role involves working closely with leadership and interacting with internal teams and external contacts. Key Responsibilities • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments • Screen and organize email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries • Prepare, edit, and format reports, documents, and presentations • Maintain accurate and organized digital files and records • Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings and events • Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and community contacts • Help track administrative tasks like invoices, registrations, and follow-ups Qualifications • Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles • Strong organization and time management skills • Clear written and verbal communication abilities • Comfortable with standard office software (email, calendars, documents) • Ability to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality Schedule & Expectations • Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 10–20 hours/week) • Support may be needed during key meetings or scheduled events Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Experience: • Executive administrative support: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
