Dallas, Texas 75252 Responsibilities: • Field customer inquiries via phone and email • Provide solutions for customer issues • Communicate with vendors to solve quality issues • Track and manage the progress of product replacements • Track and manage returns/exchanges • Identify and report common issues that are being reported by customers. • Work with team to find a solution for common issues • Assist operations team with necessary projects Qualification Requirements: • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) • Positive and friendly attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) • Driver license Experience level: • No prior experience required Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
