We are working on a Senior Counsel opportunity seeking an experienced attorney with experience in various agreements and contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements, risk oversight, managing of outside counsel with regard to litigation and offer legal advice and opinions on matters affecting the business. Role includes a hybrid schedule, full benefits package and opportunity for growth. Base salary 150-190 plus bonus
