Bachelor's degree and 1+ year administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and Salesforce.
Highly regarded and well established, midsize investment firm located in the heart of NYC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of investment professionals on their Trading Floor. Manage and track heavy phone volume, route calls, manage flow or information, keeping team on track. Manage calendars, handling scheduling changes as necessary. Prepare meeting agendas and technology set up. Manage email communication, process expenses, process non-disclosure agreements, organize lunch meetings, obtain visas. Act as point of contact for client meetings. Must be extremely professional, dedicated and pro-active, with a can-do approach, and a true desire to be successful Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ year experience as an Administrative Assistant out of a fast-paced, corporate environment. 4 days on-site. Base salary up to 100K Proficiency in MS Office, Googe Workspace, CRM, Salesforce.
