This role delivers the core data automation backbone for Replay by building high-quality SQL solutions and production-grade UiPath automations. The position ensures that large-scale data processing, ADF pipelines, and RPA workflows run reliably, securely, and with measurable performance gains across client operations. Core Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize SQL stored procedures, functions, and large-scale queries. Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines supporting ETL/ELT workloads. Implement data warehousing logic and ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Develop, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation workflows for complex operational processes. Integrate RPA bots with SQL databases, APIs, and third-party systems. Troubleshoot and tune SQL, ADF, and UiPath solutions for reliability and performance. Produce technical documentation for workflows, data flows, and architectural decisions. Collaborate with analysts, QA, operations, and stakeholders to refine requirements. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers. Key Performance Outcomes Delivery of optimized SQL code and ADF workflows with measurable performance improvements (query latency, pipeline runtime, throughput). Stable, production-ready UiPath automations with minimal incident rate and predictable execution. Reduction in manual business processes through well-implemented RPA solutions. High reliability of data pipelines, including successful SLA-based pipeline execution. Clear documentation enabling repeatability, onboarding, and audit transparency. Demonstrated ability to independently own features from design through deployment. Required Qualifications: 5+ years SQL development, including stored procedures, query optimization, and debugging. 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory. 2+ years hands-on UiPath RPA development (Studio, Orchestrator). Strong grounding in ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing concepts, and Azure SQL/Data Lake. Demonstrated experience with CI/CD or Git-based DevOps workflows for data pipelines. Experience troubleshooting SQL, ADF, and RPA issues end-to-end. Experience integrating automations with APIs, web services, and databases. Preferred Skills Experience with scripting in C#, VB.NET, or Python. Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks. Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance principles. Background mentoring developers or leading small technical initiatives. ***The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $122,425.00 - $183,638.00 The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
