• territory is East Coast USA • selling suite of cloud based collaboration and information management software • target market is established major accounts within construction, architecture and engineering • focus on strategic account development, upselling and cross selling • engage with clients at Head of Engineering, Chief Architect and Project Manager level • sales cycle from 3 to 9 months • annual target circa $1.5m in revenue • report to the Chief Revenue Officer • must have 4 years + experience selling SaaS based applications into the construction sector • essential that have managed and sold into major accounts • degree educated • strategic account manager • track record of exceeding sales targets • PE backed SaaS vendor • office locations across the globe • leading edge technology • blue chip reference sites • excellent reputation
