Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is seeking a Campaign Mail Project Manager who is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. This role requires advanced project management skills, a strong understanding of industry’s best practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within scope, budget, and timeline. Your Responsibilities • Responsible for the coordination and completion of internal and client projects for campaign mail consultants. • Lead end-to-end management of direct mail campaigns, including scheduling, reporting and invoicing. • Oversee all aspects of programs, obtain requirements, sets deadlines, track and summarizes progress. • Develops standardized project plans, process flows, guidelines and other appropriate documentation. • Provides meaningful reports for leadership, clients, and key stakeholders regarding the status, issues and resolutions • Organize and maintain accurate customer and internal proprietary information data bases. • Performs a variety of tasks which may include leading and directing the work of others. • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success. • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures. • Identify key KPI to measure success. Track and report to stakeholders. • Collaborate and support supervisors, managers, and lead personnel to create documentation and implement changes as business needs dictate • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement standardized processes through influence across multiple facility execution teams.
