Your Opportunity: Print & Service Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Bentonville, AR! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business. Your Responsibilities: Accountable for attainment and growth of revenue – with a focus on exponential and incremental growth, respectively Develop a market plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipeline Develop a client strategy collaboratively with Account Manager(s) Effective utilization of all resources, including but not limited to business development/marketing/general managers to build and deploy client strategies Effectively close deals in both expansion/acquisition opportunities Responsible for understanding and being able to demo customer facing technology effectively Effective utilization and updates of Salesforce Continuous learning Team collaboration/contribution Develop account plans by client to deepen relationships & expand into other solutions Effectively navigate inside of Taylor’s Business Unit structure You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in business development or in a related sales area 3+ years experience of selling various Taylor vertical solutions within enterprise and mid-market retail brands A self-starter mentality and able to operate within an organization independently Relentless attitude towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growth Effectiveness in building strategic relationships internally/externally Entrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new business Effective client/market planning and consultative selling skills Ability to create interest and open doors through multiple business development strategies Ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and partners Ability to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value proposition Ability to make presentations, perform negotiations, and close business Effective understanding of our sales process General knowledge and use of Salesforce Knowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location We Would Prefer: Prior experience selling industrial labels Bilingual skills (Spanish) Location Requirement: This is a client-facing role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We're looking for a sales professional who is already rooted in the Bentonville area—or willing to relocate and build strong local relationships that drive results.
