Company Description TaxIQ is redefining how individuals, businesses, and CPAs understand and leverage their taxes. We’re the Credit Karma for tax intelligence which is a data-driven platform that securely connects to IRS transcripts, transforming 10 years of verified tax data into clear insights, business valuations, and actionable opportunities. We’ve built and scaled fintech and tax platforms that have helped over 70,000 businesses claim $12B+ in federal tax credits, generating over $1B in company revenue at 50%+ margins. Now, we’re using that expertise to create something bigger: a tax intelligence ecosystem that empowers millions to take control of their financial future, for free. Role Description We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Lead who can do more than just “market.” You’ll build the brand from the ground up — shaping TaxIQ’s visual identity, story, and digital presence. This role blends creative design, storytelling, and strategic marketing execution. You’ll take our existing Master Plan, messaging, and product vision, and turn them into: • A world-class pitch deck and investor deck • A polished, high-converting website that communicates our value simply and beautifully • A consistent brand system across digital, print, and video assets • A clear, scalable marketing framework that drives user signups and affiliate engagement This role requires both hands-on design ability and strategic clarity — someone who can create visually, write persuasively, and think like a founder. Must-Haves: • 5+ years of experience in marketing, creative direction, or brand design (startup or fintech preferred) • Proven ability to design and build investor or marketing decks that convert • Hands-on skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro • Experience designing or managing websites (Webflow, Framer, or similar) • Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts — you know how to simplify complexity • Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and product teams • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments • A portfolio that shows both design execution and brand thinking Nice-to-Haves: • Experience launching early-stage brands from 0 → 1 • Background in UI/UX design or front-end web development • Experience creating animated visuals or video explainers • Comfort working with data-heavy or technical products • Familiarity with financial, accounting, or tax-related industries
