Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are always up-to-date and easily accessible for the team. Manage our internal knowledge base, keeping it current and easy to navigate for the team. Foster a thriving client community by answering questions, updating resources, and keeping everyone informed. Handle day-to-day client communication after their purchase, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Support the Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a friendly yet professional tone (German language is a plus!). Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proven experience in client communication and the ability to navigate inquiries with common sense and professionalism. Experience in creating and updating SOPs or similar procedural documentation. Basic understanding of legal vocabulary and the digital nomad landscape (working knowledge of tax-free business structures is a plus). Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with knowledge base management tools is preferred. This is a key role, so we're seeking a candidate with prior experience in client communication.
