As we expand our Go-To-Market operations, we’re looking for a GTM & RevOps Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role connects data, systems, and GTM strategy to help our Sales and Marketing teams scale efficiently and intelligently. The Role You’ll be part of the engine that keeps our GTM motion running smoothly. You’ll ensure that our HubSpot CRM, data, and reporting infrastructure operate seamlessly. You’ll report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations (based in Israel) and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data accuracy, optimize workflows, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM data and integrations across marketing, sales, and customer success Build and automate dashboards and reports that give visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and activity performance Support Sales and RevOps teams by troubleshooting data issues and improving CRM workflows Identify trends, inefficiencies, and process gaps using data-driven insights Collaborate with the US GTM team to ensure lead management, deal progression, and reporting are seamless Support projects involving data enrichment, automation, and tool integrations across the GTM stack What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales or revenue operations, or CRM management (SaaS experience preferred) Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and visualization tools (HubSpot Reports, Looker, Tableau, etc.) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Comfort working across time zones (Israel–US East Coast overlap) Self-starter attitude: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Why Join Tavily Join an ambitious AI startup redefining search and information discovery Work directly with GTM and RevOps leadership to shape operational excellence Collaborate globally across Israel and the US in a fast-paced SaaS environment Grow your skills in RevOps, data analytics, and GTM systems management
