Full Description

Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a vibrant wholesale distribution luxury goods/accessories manufacturer. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Midwest Regional Manager is accountable for growing market share in the region. You will define and execute strategies to acquire new retailers and expand existing business. As a leader, you will coach, motivate, and inspire your account executive team, turning strategies into results. Based in the region, you will also participate in key organizational projects alongside leadership and functional teams to drive the company's mission vision forward. Responsibilities and Duties: • Develop and execute sales goals and strategies to achieve and exceed financial • objectives. • Coach, mentor, and train account executives • Plan and execute seasonal growth strategies, ensuring success month by month. • Build strong partnerships with colleagues and retailers to deliver strategic • initiatives. • Empower your team to take ownership of their accounts and ensure a consistent, • exceptional customer experience. • Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with retailers. • Serve as a leader in product, merchandising, marketing, and consumer experiences. • Meet organizational objectives and deadlines with exceptional follow-through. • Extensive travel: accompany account executives to retailer visits, trade shows, The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in wholesale sales leadership, merchandising, buying, marketing, or retail management, be a results-driven, strategic thinker, and action-oriented, be intellectually curious, and possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
