Overview We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Forklift Drivers to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is essential for efficient materials handling, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and safety compliance. Prior experience with warehouse management systems and OSHA standards is highly valued. Duties • Operate various types of forklifts including clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane-equipped forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse • Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory management • Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch • Handle heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to OSHA guidelines and mechanical safety standards • Manage materials handling tasks such as stacking, organizing, and storing goods efficiently • Utilize construction or heavy equipment knowledge for specialized tasks when required • Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and ensure safety protocols are followed Requirements • Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment in a warehouse or construction setting • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking procedures • Mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines • Warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving experience is highly desirable • Prior warehouse supervisor experience or experience with crane operation is a plus • Construction or materials handling background will be considered an asset • Valid certification for forklift operation is required; additional certifications such as crane operation are advantageous • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Pay: $20.00 - $28.14 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
