Administer and support Windows Server and Azure environments, including virtualization, disaster recovery, and security, with coordination across teams.
Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Azure, virtualization (VMware/HyperV), and related infrastructure management; strong support and troubleshooting skills.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Windows Server Administration, Azure Cloud Services, Virtualization Platforms, Hybrid Cloud Integration, VMware/HyperV, Azure VMs, Roles & Responsibilities Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), AD DS, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services (PKI). Maintain Azure landing zones, subscription/resource governance, RBAC, tags, and policy. Build and manage Azure VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, ExpressRoute/VPN, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall Provide L3 support for complex incidents and resolve escalated issues. Provision and harden Windows Servers, AD sites/services, DNS/DHCP, and GPO Implement Azure Files/File Sync, backup vaults, ASR recovery plans; perform DR tests Oversee Windows Cluster management, Failover, and High Availability solutions. Maintain and optimize VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments. Perform patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening. Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities Implement backup and recovery solutions using tools like Commvault. Build and tune Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights dashboards/alerts Plan changes around strict maintenance windows; segregate OT/plant workloads and prioritize uptime Coordinate with Network, Security, Application, and Manufacturing Engineering teams for integrated solutions Generic Managerial Skills, If any Team Leadership & Mentoring Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Change & Risk Management Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
