Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow IRM/GRC. • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, and Reporting. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. • ServiceNow certifications preferred: • Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Roles & Responsibilities • Lead the overall architecture and solution design for ServiceNow IRM implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and compliance frameworks. • Define IRM data models, process flows, and integrations with other systems (GRC, ITSM, Security, etc.). • Establish best practices for configuration, customization, and reporting within ServiceNow IRM. • Provide guidance to developers, business analysts, and testers during implementation. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability and performance. • Ensure regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, PCI, etc.) are accurately mapped into ServiceNow IRM modules. • Partner with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and recommend industry-leading solutions. • Present architectural recommendations and roadmaps to executives and key stakeholders. • Define governance standards for ServiceNow IRM configuration and customization. • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and upgrade best practices. Salary Range- $119,000-$120,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
